We’ve been investing in real estate throughout the Western United States since 1991. We’ve weathered three recessions, since those first transactions! Our focus is on growing Quality Properties to a point where we can fund deals as quickly as we can do our due diligence. We’re pretty close to that goal.

With an environmentally conscious approach and a respect for the outdoors, we give extra focus on properties that are within easy reach of outdoor activities. We tend to be more drawn to rural and suburban properties, versus high density urban projects.
